Why a conference?

The 2015 Canadian Enneagram Conference Planning Committee passionately believes that the Enneagram is a powerful tool for personal growth and transformation. We believe it improves our personal leadership skills, liberates us from our habitual patterns and enhances our understanding of ourselves and others bringing more freedom and balance into our lives. We are holding a conference to learn about and to experience the power of the Enneagram.

To experience the power of the Enneagram:

in our personal leadership and mastery
as a means of personal liberation
through applications that are relevant in everyday life
by sharing, learning and growing together
by nurturing our relationship with ourselves and others

To create an open, accessible and welcoming space:

for all schools of Enneagram thought
for experienced and first time presenters
for those new to the Enneagram and those more familiar
that appeals to the interests to young adults
that's affordable to delegates without the conference losing money

To promote Canadian talent, topics and community by:

selecting 70% of speakers from Canada
growing and fostering the Canadian Enneagram community
welcoming delegates and topics from all walks of life and backgrounds, reflecting Canadian diversity
creating networking opportunities for people to connect/collaborate on research or other types of Enneagram-related projects
